- This is a NON SMOKING Cabin - No events, parties or large events - Pet Friendly- dogs only (Max 2 dogs with a $75 pet fee/ per dog) - Your safety matters to us- We do have 2 cameras: one ring doorbell at the front door and one camera on the corner of the house pointing out to the driveway. There are no cameras inside the house or on the back deck. - To help ensure a smooth stay for everyone, we do require a short rental agreement to be reviewed and signed after booking. This includes standard house guidelines and stay details. A $200 security deposit hold will be placed on your card 2 days before arrival and released 2 days after checkout, provided there are no damaged or policy violations. The booking guest must meet platform age requirements and stay at the property during the reservation. - Due to steep hills around the property, 4WD/AWD is recommended, but typically only during inclement weather.
